This Privacy Policy explains how Two Sisters Bookkeeping, LLC ("Two Sisters," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information submitted through the Business Operations Assessment ("the Assessment").

What Information We Collect

When you complete the Assessment, we collect:

• Name — your first and last name.
• Business Email — the email address where we send your results.
• Company Name — the name of your business.
• Employee Count — the size range of your organization.
• Industry — your industry, if provided (optional).
• Assessment Responses — your answers to the ten assessment questions.
• Page URL and Referrer — the page you visited and the site that referred you, if any.
• UTM Parameters — marketing source, medium, and campaign data from the URL, if present.

We do not collect a phone number through the Assessment form.

Why We Collect This Information

• To calculate and display your assessment results.
• To email you a copy of your assessment summary.
• To understand your business's operational needs and determine whether Two Sisters services may be a fit.
• To follow up with you about your results, if you consented.
• To improve the Assessment and our understanding of common business challenges.

Email Delivery

When you submit the Assessment, two emails are sent:

• To you: A summary of your assessment results, including your directional result, score, top pressure points, recommended service pathway, and next step.
• To Two Sisters: A notification containing your contact information, full assessment responses, and recommended service, so we can review your results and follow up if appropriate.

Emails are sent through Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering these emails.

Marketing Consent

The Assessment includes two separate consent options:

• Results consent (required): "Email my assessment results and contact me about this request." This is required to receive your results and allows us to follow up specifically about your assessment.
• Marketing consent (optional): "I would also like to receive practical business operations articles and occasional Two Sisters updates." This is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

These are kept separate so you can receive your assessment results without consenting to ongoing marketing communications.

Where Assessment Records Are Stored

Assessment submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access to this database is restricted to authorized Two Sisters personnel.

Who Has Access

Only authorized members of Two Sisters Bookkeeping, LLC have access to your assessment records. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Long Records Are Retained

We retain assessment records for up to 24 months after submission. After that period, records are automatically deleted unless you have an active engagement with Two Sisters.

How to Request Correction or Deletion

You may request correction or deletion of your assessment record at any time by contacting us at twosistersbooks@yahoo.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

Analytics and Cookies

The Assessment page does not use third-party analytics cookies. We may collect UTM parameters from the URL to understand how visitors find the Assessment. No tracking cookies are set by the Assessment itself.
